Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Kordic CRM ("Service") operated by Diggit Software Solutions Co. LLC ("Diggit", "us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 16 years old
  • Have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them
  • If using the Service on behalf of an organisation, have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms

02 Description of Service

Kordic CRM provides a cloud-based customer relationship management platform including:

  • Pipeline management and lead tracking
  • Payment recording and invoicing
  • Document storage and file management
  • Email and WhatsApp integration
  • AI-powered features and insights
The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial period.

03 Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account

04 Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

  • 14 days with full access to all features
  • No credit card required to start
  • Access restricted immediately when trial ends

Paid Subscriptions

  • Billed monthly in advance
  • All prices in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment processed securely through Stripe
  • Auto-renews unless cancelled before renewal date
  • Cancel anytime, access continues to end of billing period
Refunds
7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted to sales@kordic.io within 7 days of the first charge. After 7 days, all charges are non-refundable.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of any party
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to compete directly with Kordic CRM

06 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data, and for ensuring you have the right to submit it to the Service, including any personal data belonging to your customers or contacts.

07 AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated information before acting on it.

08 Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorise Kordic CRM to access your Gmail data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Gmail integration complies with:

  • Google's Terms of Service
  • Applicable data protection laws governing your customers' email communications

09 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Diggit Software Solutions Co. LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written consent.

10 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORDIC CRM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KORDIC CRM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kordic CRM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of any third-party rights

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a security risk or harms other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may export your data before termination by contacting sales@kordic.io.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15 Mobile Application

The Kordic CRM mobile app ("App") is available on iOS and Android and forms part of the Service covered by these Terms. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms in addition to any terms imposed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC through their respective app stores.

App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. In the event of a conflict between Apple's EULA and these Terms, these Terms govern to the extent permitted by Apple.

Platform Rules

You agree to use the App in compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play's Developer Program Policies, as applicable.

Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms introduced by that update.

Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated under Section 12 of these Terms, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Uninstalling the App does not constitute account cancellation.
