A cheap CRM is one where the price you see is close to the price you pay for the features you need. Many low-cost CRMs look similar at the top of the pricing page and very different once you add annual billing terms, minimum seats, and the add-ons needed for quotes and invoices.

We checked the cheapest paid plan of ten CRMs, including our own on each vendor's own pricing page on 21 October 2026. Prices are in USD as shown to us, and some vendors adjust prices by country, so check the live page before you decide.

What the headline price leaves out

Three things change the real cost more than the number in large type:

How to compare cheap CRMs properly

  1. List what your team does every week: add leads, follow up, send quotes, invoice, track payment.
  2. For each CRM, find the cheapest plan that covers all of it, not just the cheapest plan.
  3. Add any add-ons you would need, then multiply by everyone who needs a login.
  4. Use the monthly price if you don't want to commit for a year.
  5. Run a short trial with real leads. Our guide to what makes a CRM simple has a one-week test.

Example, team of 5, paying monthly: Kordic CRM Starter is 5 ร— $4.99 = $24.95 a month, with quotes, invoices and payment tracking included. On the other plans in the table, add the monthly price per user and any document or quoting add-on you need.

When free or cheap is the wrong choice

A free plan is fine for one or two people tracking a short list of contacts. It stops being cheap when it pushes work elsewhere: quotes built in a document tool, invoices in accounting software, and payment status in a spreadsheet nobody updates. That hidden time is usually the biggest cost. We look at where money gets stuck in the quote to cash process.

Where Kordic CRM fits

Kordic CRM has the lowest per-user entry price in the table above, and the Starter plan includes the pipeline, Gmail, Outlook and WhatsApp on the lead, quotes, invoices and payment tracking, AI briefings with monthly credits, and iOS and Android apps. It is billed monthly, with no minimum term.

It is a sales CRM, not a marketing suite. If you need email campaigns, landing pages or a website builder in the same product, a larger platform will cover more.

Related questions

What is the cheapest CRM for a small business?
Of the ten paid plans we checked on 21 October 2026, Kordic CRM Starter had the lowest per-user price at $4.99 a month, billed monthly. HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24 and Capsule also offer free plans with user or contact limits.
Are free CRMs good enough?
For one or two people with a short contact list, often yes. Free plans usually limit users or contacts and leave out quotes, invoices and automation.
Why do CRM prices say 'billed annually'?
Many vendors show the annual rate per month. Paying monthly usually costs more, and some plans require a minimum term.
Which cheap CRMs include quotes and invoices?
On the cheapest paid plans we checked, Kordic CRM includes both, and monday CRM Basic includes them up to 20 a month. Others need a higher tier, an add-on or an integration.
