Independent assessment
Kordic CRM is Google CASA Tier 2 verified, an independent security assessment of the platform.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.
Daily backups
Your Kordic CRM data is backed up every day.
Access by role
Row-level security on the database. Agents see their own leads unless a manager grants wider access. Owner, Manager, Agent and Accountant roles control who can do what.
Mobile apps
Sign-in tokens are kept in the device's encrypted secure storage (Apple Keychain on iOS, Android Keystore on Android) and deleted on sign-out.
Your data is yours
You keep ownership of everything you put into Kordic CRM. Export it as CSV at any time. After you close your account, it is deleted within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
AI features
AI features are processed by Anthropic under its commercial API terms, which do not use your data for model training.
